From our initial meetings together, you were able to incorporate our comments, notes, and photos of ideas from homes to come up with a great initial design. You offered additional suggestions and helped us to tweak the plans to finalize our plans. We enjoyed working with you and appreciated the kindness you showed our family from start to finish. I was watching the sun go down this evening and would love to say a big THANK YOU for building our home! I feel so blessed and you guys did an awesome job laying out the home on our property. Our family of six needed more space, especially bathroom and closet space with two tween girls. Merv Miller Builder was the best contractor fit to build our addition. The end result of our new master bathroom, office and walk-in closet is stunning. However, it was not only the end result that impressed us, it was the whole process that Greg Miller took us through. From the start, Greg listened to our vision of the addition and made practical suggestions and designs.
Two areas of concern that Greg addressed were that we wanted to use as many American made products as possible and that we had family members with allergy and asthma issues. The Miller crew and sub-contractors were all highly skilled, respectful, courteous, and punctual. The bathroom is a spacious, luxurious and serene space. The office is a warm, inviting and functional room. The walk-in-closet is a large, bright and well-organized space. The rooms are a reflection of our style and functions well for our needs.
Merv Miller Builder designed a beautiful addition that is well built, was on time and within our budget. We highly recommend Greg Miller and Merv Miller Builder.

We worked with an architect to design our once-in-a-lifetime dream home and then interviewed and bid several builders. When building a new home, choosing a builder you are comfortable with is critical because you are basically going to be ‘married’ to them for at least 6 months. Merv Miller Builder had the best balance of quality, integrity (Christian-based company), proven delivery, experience and price that made the choice clear in the end.
Throughout our project, we appreciated Greg’s calm demeanor and felt confident in his technical ability and cost estimating experience. Since Greg grew up in the business and has swung a hammer himself, he has the unique ability to provide rough cost and time guesstimates for options without having to always check with subs, which speeds up the process. Greg also has design and drawing experience, which makes for a great balance and is valuable. We are glad we chose Merv Miller Builder and would recommend them to anyone.
