Greg and Merv,
We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with the major renovation and addition you have done to our home. It is a true pleasure to work with people who have high standards and a truly great work ethic.

From working with Greg on our design and blueprints to dealing with all the various subcontractors, you made a long and potentially difficult process much easier. Every time we had some "crisis," you had the unruffled experienced demeanor to calm us down and explain how the concern could be solved.

Our project was large (over 5000 sq ft) and involved everything from changing roof lines to creation of a very high-end master bath area. There was not a room in our home that was not touched. When living in a house that is being extensively renovated, there is a sense of no privacy and a process that will never end. You made that "invasion" much more tolerable than expected.

One of the issues we had concerns with before we started was consistent daily work on our project. There is nothing more depressing than to be in the middle of a large renovation and to have days at a time with no work being done. This was never the case in our project. We had told you daily work was what we expected if we were going to commit to a project of this size. You promised to keep at it from the beginning to the end and you did! Thank you for that.

Another aspect that made our project more challenging was the additional work we decided on once the job had begun. Your attitude was always positive and in fact your ability to come up with ideas for us as the changes developed allowed us to see you creative talents come into play.

This renovation and addition is something we have been thinking about for a very long time. Thank you for being a huge partner in making our dream come true. We have told many of our friends how happy we have been with your work.

We are very pleased with the experience that we had with Merv Miller Builders. Merv and Greg kept an open line of communication with us throughout the building process. They have continued to return calls promptly during the first year in our home in respect to any questions that we have had.

We saw Merv MIller Builder's parade of homes entries over the years. My wife, Gayle, and I also saw many other entries. At many of the other entries we were met by the builder's personnel. At Merv Miller Builder's model home, we med with Merv and Greg Miller. Merv and Greg personally answered our questions. After viewing many homes at the Parade of Homes, we decided we were not interested in building our of these, but would rather have our own late 1700s Federal-style home replicated. After seeing the fine custom features and meticulous attention to details in the Merv MIller Builder's parade entries, we asked if they would be interested in building a home for us that would replicate our existing home.
